At 19, I navigated the Orlando restaurant maze, dreams of Walt Disneyland Resort in sight but out of reach. Now, decades later, I've collaborated with CEC to ensure chefs today are equipped with cutting-edge tools and strategic cost control guidance to better steer their culinary ships. This blog, a melting pot of industry news, community discussions, and personal insights, aims to serve every culinary professional eager to optimize their kitchen's performance while embracing evolving trends.

Drenched in the rhythms of Bob Dylan's “Gotta Serve Somebody”, my early years preached the same tenet as Gandhi: self-discovery lies in serving others. Now, with CEC, our mission has only amplified. From local bistros to luxury hotels like the Peninsula Bangkok and Raffles Hotel Singapore, passion and commitment resonate universally.
